Chris was raised on a farm in Ohio. The Navy brought Chris to the Pacific Northwest in 1986. He fell in love with the Seattle area and decided to stay. He earned his Bachelors degree from Central Washington University. His college years allowed him to explore everything this beautiful area has to offer, including the beautiful Cascade and Olympic Mountains, the Puget Sound areas and San Juan Islands not to mention Lake Washington with all the communities surounding the lake, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Kenmore, Lake Forest Park and Seattle.

College also set the foundation for what would become a successful business career. After jobs as a Insurance Agent, Property Manager and Sales Agent, Chris obtained his Real Estate License in 1997. Today, as one of the areas real estate professionals, he uses his extensive background to help others make the most of their opportunities in north King and south Snohomish Counties.
